Think Tank Technologies is looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver tailored solutions.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks, challenges, and opportunities within projects.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and requirement prioritization to align with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and brainstorming sessions to define project scope and outcomes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, and workflows.
• Support the testing process to ensure the final deliverables align with the requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Proactively suggest process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance overall efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized university.
• At least 1 year of experience in a business analysis or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyze and translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

The Ideal Candidate Will Also Have

• Experience working with IT, web, or mobile application development teams.
• Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma or Balsamiq.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to a dynamic startup environment.
